Our members were invited by the Arch-confraternity of the Blessed Crucifix to take part in a Mass at Ta’ Giezu Church in Valletta, followed by a procession. The Mass was celebrated by the Guardian Fr Ramon Farrugia OFM.

Mass De Requiem for Queen Elizabeth II
Members of the Maltese Lieutenancy, led by the Lieutenant Roberto Buontempo, participated together with members from SMOM Malta Association, during a Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The celebration took place at St John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta and was held on the initiative of our Grand Prior and Archbishop of Malta Mons Charles J Scicluna.

A representation of our Order led by the Lieutenant, Roberto Buontempo, participated during the Solemn Translation and Vespers’ vigil preceding the feast of Our Lady of the Nativity in Senglea, Malta.
The function was officiated by our ecclesiastical member Rev Can Chev Robin Camilleri, Archpriest of the Collegiate Basilica of Senglea.
